This Refund & Return Policy applies to all products sold by Click Technology. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Product Checking at the Time of Delivery

Customers are strongly requested to check the product at the time of delivery in front of the delivery personnel.

If you find any of the following issues:

* Defective product
* Damaged or broken product
* Wrong product delivered
* Package damaged or tampered

In such cases, DO NOT accept the product and immediately inform the delivery personnel.

⚠️ Important:
Once the customer receives the product and signs/accepts delivery without raising any issue:

* No complaint regarding defect, damage, or wrong product will be accepted for return or replacement afterward.

2. Exchange / Replacement Policy

Click Technology provides Exchange or Replacement Policy (Not Instant Refund).

If the customer reports any issue at the time of delivery:

* The product will be replaced with a new, correct product, OR
* Exchanged with another product within the same price range

👉 Replacement is subject to:
* Product availability
* Verification of the issue

3. After Delivery / Usage Issues

If any issue is found after using the product:
* The product will NOT be eligible for direct return
* The customer must claim Warranty Service

Depending on the product:
* Service Warranty
* Brand Warranty
* Or both

👉 Warranty service will be provided as per the respective warranty policy of Click Technology or the product brand.

4. Refund Policy

Refund is applicable only in special cases such as:
* Product is not available for replacement
* No equivalent product available
* Customer does not agree with alternative solution

👉 Refund process:
* Product must be returned and verified
* Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days

👉 Refund method:
* Same payment method OR
* Agreed alternative method

5. Conditions Where Return / Refund Will Not Be Accepted

Return or refund will NOT be applicable if:

* Product is accepted without checking at delivery
* Physical damage after delivery
* Customer misuse or mishandling
* Missing accessories or packaging
* Product is used or altered
* Warranty conditions are violated

6. Important Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:
* Check product at delivery time
* Keep invoice/challan safely
* Use product properly
* Contact support immediately for any issue

Failure to follow these may result in rejection of return/refund requests.

7. Final Decision

Click Technology reserves the right to make the final decision regarding:
* Return eligibility
* Replacement approval
* Refund approval

All decisions will be based on product condition, verification, and company policy.
